Aymeric Bourgain
I grew up in an artistic family, pencils , brushes and canvases have always been around. I began my artistic journey in preparatory school then in the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs in Paris, graduating with a master in Animation. Since then i have been working on cartoons and full length films, always trying to make the most of my abilities. But painting has been there all along, as a mean to express my own creativity.
I paint intuitively, without preconceived ideas, leaving the color guide me, shapes emerging by accumulation. I scratch, I stretch the paint and let the colors explode. Each painting is an attempt to express the landscapes that run through my mind.
Education
I graduated in 2003 from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs in Paris, learning all i could in many artistic fields as painting, sculpture, engraving, illustration, computer animation…
